Jay Kao is Partner & General Counsel at AlleyCorp. Jay hails from the D. E. Shaw group, where she was Vice President and Counsel for the last 10 years. Jay is an avid angel investor and advisor to social entrepreneurs, and is an Executive Board Member at Birthright Africa and a Board Member at AirTrain. Jay holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
