We co-founded with Henry Blodget and Dwight Merrimann in 2007 based on the fundamental shift of news moving online. Henry Blodget was appointed as CEO and first member of the leadership team, a position he holds to this day. In 2015, Alex Springer announced a majority stake in the company, valuing it at more ~$450M. Business Insider is now the largest business site on the web, with international editions in over 16 countries across 7 languages, and more than 500 employees.
